The lessee must provide a pre-rental verification done with
firme Oligny & Thibodeau to the lessors entire satisfaction.

No pets will be permitted by the lessor. The lessee must
get permission of the lessor in the event he would like to
acquire a pet, before said pet is allowed to live in the
property. Any damages done to the property by a pet
throughout the duration of the lease will be to the lessees
